St. John’s Red Storm Victorious Over Fordham Rams: A Dominant Display at Madison Square Garden
NEW YORK CITY. The St. John’s Red Storm sure made a statement at Madison Square Garden, taking down the Fordham Rams with a final score of 77-55. St. John’s has won four of its last five games and bounced back from a tough loss to Boston College recently. The Red Storm’s shooting game was on point, with a 43.5% field goal percentage and an impressive 33.3% success rate from downtown. They hustled on the free-throw line, making 57% of their shots count.

A standout player of the game was none other than Joel Soriano, the Senior forward who lit up the court with 20 points and 10 rebounds, leading the charge for St. John’s. This is his fourth 20-point double-double this season. This guy was everywhere, making plays and snagging rebounds and made it look very easy against his former school. There’s no doubt he played a major role in securing this important win for the Red Storm.
